Returns

Due to the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products and their collectable value, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This helps ensure the authenticity, condition, and integrity of the products we sell.

If you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

TCG trading cards cannot be returned. We endeavour to send your item out in a minty condition as we understand that TCG products are collectible items however occasionally small imperfections do occur during transit such as a ding on a corner or a small tear in the seal. This does not affect the trading cards that are sealed inside the box. We endeavour to send out your items in bubble wrap and as much protection as possible.
