Welcome to NEDOVA. These Terms of Service govern your use of the NEDOVA website and your purchase of products from us.
In these Terms, “NEDOVA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NEDOVA, an Australian sole-trader business.
By accessing or using our website, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.
1. ABOUT NEDOVA
NEDOVA is an Australian online retailer specialising in trading cards, collectibles and related products.
Our website is operated using Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store.
All purchases made through our website are made directly with NEDOVA.
2. USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

3. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
As trading cards and collectibles are manufactured products, packaging may occasionally have minor imperfections, including small dents, corner damage or minor tears to external packaging. Where applicable, these minor imperfections may occur during manufacturing, handling or transportation and do not necessarily indicate damage to the product inside.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing and availability where necessary.
4. PRE-ORDERS
Products identified as pre-orders are not currently available for immediate dispatch.
Pre-order release dates are provided based on information available from manufacturers and distributors and may be subject to change.
Pre-order products will generally be shipped within 7 business days of their official release date, subject to stock being received and available for dispatch.
Manufacturing, distribution and shipping delays may occur and are outside NEDOVA’s control.
If a pre-order is delayed, we will provide updates where reasonably possible.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- the product being unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or listing error;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- purchasing restrictions being exceeded; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellation requests may not be able to be accommodated.
Please carefully check your order details before completing your purchase.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to any obvious pricing or listing errors.

We accept the payment methods made available through our website.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For in-stock products, orders will generally be shipped within 3 business days.
Pre-orders will generally be shipped within 7 business days of the official release date, subject to stock being received.
Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may vary.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, manufacturing delays and distribution issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our approach to returns and refunds is explained in our Refund Policy.
NEDOVA generally does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This may include circumstances where you:
- no longer want the product;
- find the product cheaper elsewhere;
- ordered the wrong product; or
- simply changed your mind after placing your order.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian legislation.
9. TRADING CARD AND COLLECTIBLE PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care when handling and packaging trading cards and collectibles.
Products may have minor manufacturing or packaging imperfections, particularly sealed trading card products. Such minor imperfections may occur before the product reaches NEDOVA and may not be considered a fault with the product.
Where a product is damaged or defective in a way that gives rise to rights under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so we can assess the situation.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website, including NEDOVA’s original branding, logos, photographs, written content, graphics and other original materials, belongs to NEDOVA or is used with permission.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use NEDOVA’s original content without our prior written permission.
Product names, logos, trademarks and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers and third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
NEDOVA does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property displayed on our website.
